上個星期是凱西這輩子生病最嚴重的一次
夏天的不新鮮三明治 ~ 讓凱西上吐下瀉兼燒到 40 度 燒了好幾天
急診住院後,又在醫院多住了近一個星期
那幾天各種抗生素 止吐劑 電解質 點滴不離身
凱西的血管又很細,靜脈留置針常常需要重打
所以等到出院 兩隻手到處都是瘀青和紅腫 還有一個一個的針孔!

最近愈來愈熱 腸病毒發威 各種不新鮮的食物也蠢蠢欲動
請大家要多注意吃乾淨的食物 也要常常洗手喔!
而且還是吃家裡才是最健康喔!

所以今天要來說說跟腸胃有關係的東西

你知道嗎?飯後立刻吃水果,容易超重和變胖胖喔!
大部分的人都喜歡飯後來一盤水果,原因是可以幫助消化 ~
去吃自助餐的時候,許多人也喜歡到最後來一碟水果讓整頓晚餐更完美。
在飯後吃水果,水果中的有機酸會和其他食物的礦物質結合,
會影響其他食物在身體裡的消化和吸收
而且也會加重腸胃的負擔喔 ~

正確的吃水果時間是飯前一小時前。(柿子除外)
首先,水果多數成分是水溶性的,先吃能夠幫助身體多多吸收這些維生素,
其次水果的熱量也比較低,先吃一些水果,再吃飯,可以降低你吃的熱量喔

還有重要的一點,容易被養化和腐敗的水果,如果在飯後吃
在腸胃停留的時間一長,容易發酵 ~ 反而更容易引起腹瀉或脹氣。
腸胃不好的人可以多多留意喔!
